Comprehensive Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation: Includes a 1.5 Hour Evaluation, a 1 Hour Follow Up Meeting with therapist and parent(s) at a later date, and a written summary – $600 

Pediatric Occupational Therapy Re-Evaluation:  Re-evaluations are typically scheduled after 6 months of occupational therapy sessions within our practice – $300

Limited Focus Pediatric Occupational Therapy Evaluation: Like the Comprehensive Evaluation (Requires a copy of a previous OT evaluation report completed within the last 12 months – $350

Developmental Screening and Consult: Preliminary 45-minute consultation with parent(s) and child, with a brief overview of child’s development and may recommend further evaluation – $200

Please note that all No-Shows/No-Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a $90 fee

Clinic-BasedOccupational Therapy Sessions: Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Parents can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on the plan – $185/hr

Out-Of-Office OT Sessions: Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Parents can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan – $200/hr

Individual/Family Counseling: Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Parents can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan – $150/hr

Adult Occupational Therapy Evaluation: A comprehensive evaluation of functional skills including sensory processing, executive functioning, and independence in activities of daily living – $600

Adult Counseling Sessions: Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. Clients can submit bill to their insurance company for reimbursement depending on their plan – $150/hr

Adult Occupational Therapy Session: Sessions are generally once a week, once every two weeks, or once a month for 45-60 minutes per session. You can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement for some plans – $185
