Therapeutic Groups

Our rotating small group sessions offer a supportive space to learn, create, and grow alongside others. Our typical series is structured as 60 or 90-minute sessions over 6 weeks and is designed to build connection, confidence, and a sense of community.

Through positive shared experiences, participants become more resilient, empathetic, self-aware, competent, and confident. At this time, our group sessions are available only to children.

Ages 4–6 | Tuesdays | 6:00 PM–7:00 PM

This six-week therapeutic dance and movement group supports the development of movement, coordination, balance, and body awareness skills through dance, music, and guided movement activities in a fun and supportive environment.

Dates: Tuesdays from 6/16–7/28
Week Off: Week of July 4th

Ages 6-8 | Saturdays | 10:00 AM–11:00 AM

This six-week therapeutic dance and movement group supports the development of movement, coordination, balance, and body awareness skills through dance, music, and guided movement activities in a fun and supportive environment.

Ages 8–13 | Wednesdays | 6:00 PM–7:30 PM

In this hands-on therapeutic baking group, participants will decorate cupcakes, cookies, and cakes while building fine motor, visual motor, executive functioning, and social interaction skills in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Wednesdays from 6/3–7/15
Week Off: Week of July 4th

Ages 9–13 | Thursdays | 6:00 PM–7:30 PM

Healing and growth through games. This therapeutic gaming group focuses on building cooperation, teamwork, communication, emotional regulation, and self-advocacy skills through structured collaborative gameplay and guided interaction.

Dates: Thursdays from 6/4–7/16
Week Off: Week of July 4th

Ages 9–13 | Saturdays | 11:30 AM–1:00 PM

Our therapeutic summer camp is designed for campers aged 6-12 who benefit from a small group environment.  Hosted by Edgewood Church, this camp will offer opportunities to develop skills in self-regulation and engagement, supported by occupational therapy professionals and a special educator. 

• Week 1 (June 8-12), Week 2 (June 15-19), Week 3 (June 22-26), Week 4 (July 6-10), Week 5 (July 13-17), Week 6 (July 20-24)
• Camp days run Monday through Friday
• Daily Camp Hours are 9am until 2pm
